Brasserie Cantillon Brewery is a small and local family brewery in the city of Anderlecht in Brussels, Belgium. Founded in 1900 by Paul Cantillon, the brewery immediately became popular for its lambic beers. Some of its remarkable lambic beers are the Cantillon Kriek, Gauze and Faro. The brewery depends on raw wheat, malted barley and dried hops.
